Byron…….we love you!!!!!! We have had 2 Evaporative Coolers in our house since we moved in 15 years ago. Although they are extremely efficient you still have to deal with the maintenance and season start-up and shut-down. Had a unit go out last fall and thought we would just “deal” with it in the spring. Had Byron come and take a look and he said, “of course I can fix that!” Then asked him about just removing them and installing a whole new HVAC system. Again, “of course I can do that!” Not only did he “fix and do,” we now have the top of the line, 3 separate zones, Rolls-Royce system. All controlled by Alexa and Smart Phone commands. (Can’t wait to try out the heating system in the winter, and no more cold areas.) Byron is the hardest working and most honest person I have ever dealt with as a contractor is concerned. Never did we get “up sold,” and the initial bid was what we paid at the end. If you need HVAC done you should definitely feel confident in using BLR Heating and Air.
