Byron is great, he helped me with a problem with my AC. He showed up, quickly diagnosed what was wrong, ordered the part, came back and fixed the problem easy peasy. He is polite, and took extra care, and didn’t leave a mess like other contractors have been. He was able to answer my questions and explain things to me in a very simple way and not once made me feel stupid about what was being explained. Super awesome and helpful. BLR is my go to hvac person!
