B.L.R. Heating & Air is a family-owned and operated company proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout Northern Utah. What started as one man's passion for building quality homes has grown into a company built on trust, craftsmanship, and treating every customer like family.
Owner Byron Rodgers began his career in the construction industry more than 25 years ago as a licensed general contractor. From finishing basements and remodeling homes to building new construction, he developed a deep understanding of how every part of a home works together. That experience continues to set B.L.R. apart today.
In 2018, Byron and his wife, Annie, founded B.L.R. Heating & Air with a simple mission: provide honest service, quality workmanship, and treat every customer the way they would want their own family treated. Since then, we've been honored to help thousands of homeowners stay comfortable through Utah's hottest summers and coldest winters while building lasting relationships with the communities we serve.
Because of Byron's background in both construction and HVAC, he looks beyond the equipment itself. He understands how airflow, insulation, ductwork, and the home's overall construction all work together to create a comfortable and efficient living space. That broader perspective allows us to recommend solutions that truly fit your home and your family's needs.
